The seventh regular session of the Policy and Finance Committee
was held in the assembly hall of The Municipality of Gračanica.
The committee members agreed all the proposed items on the
agenda to be presented to the aldermen of the Municipal
Assembly at a session beginning at 10 am.
The members of the committee adopted the minutes of the sixth
regular session held on August 26, 2019 as well as the minutes of
the third extraordinary session held on August 30, 2019.
It was agreed the budget of the Municipality of Gračanica for the
period 2020-2022 – at the proposal of Slaviša Ničić, the Director of
the Budget and Finance Department, as well as the draft decision
on the formation of the commission for the plot in Laplje Selo – at
the proposal of Srđan Popović, the Mayor of Gračanica
municipality, to be considered at the session of the Municipal
Assembly.
A draft decision on the formation of the Appeals Commission – at
the proposal of Srđan Popović, the Mayor of Gračanica
municipality – will also be found before the aldermen of the
Municipal Assembly of Gračanica, and members of the Policy and
Finance Committee also agreed to discuss the draft decision for
the expropriation of the plot for the cemetery in Gornja Gušterica –
at the proposal of Srđan Popović, the Mayor of Gračanica
municipality, as well as the draft decision for determining the
purpose of the plot for the Roma cemetery in Livađe – at the
proposal of Srđan Popović, the Mayor of Gračanica municipality
at 10 am.
Information on public lighting were presented by Vladica
Trajković, the Director of the Department of Public Utility Service
and Emergencies, while information on the beginning of the
school year – at the proposal of Brankica Nićić, the Director of the
Department of Education and Culture, were presented by Boban
Marinković from the Education Department.
